Round Accumulation Table

Accumulation tables play a vital role in bottle packaging lines by enabling the collection or distribution of bottles at the start, middle, or end of the process.

  • The speed can be adjusted according to actual production needs, which is very easy and convenient.
  • With a diameter of 120cm, it can accommodate a large number of cans and send the cans to the production line for use in the next process, greatly improving the automation level of the production line and saving labor costs.
  • The equipment has a simple structure, stable operation, easy maintenance, and greatly reduces the cost of use.

Beginning of the Packaging Line

A round or rotary accumulation table at the start of a packaging line allows operators to load empty bottles in bulk, eliminating the need to place them on the conveyor individually. The rotary table automatically feeds the bottles onto the conveyor in a single file, streamlining the process. These tables are often equipped with unscramblers and in-feed tables. The unscrambler uses a paddle diverter to direct bottles to the edge of the table for orderly discharge onto the conveyor. Meanwhile, the in-feed table facilitates the rapid placement of large volumes of bottles onto the rotary table, boosting efficiency.

Middle of the Packaging Line

Mid-line rotary accumulation tables help address production slowdowns or equipment servicing needs. These tables can include upstream and downstream gates to manage the flow of bottles. During equipment maintenance, the downstream gate can be closed to temporarily stop bottles from reaching the machine under service. Once maintenance is complete, reopening the downstream gate resumes the smooth flow of bottles through the packaging line. This functionality helps maintain productivity and minimizes downtime.

End of the Packaging Line

At the end of the packaging line, rotary accumulation tables ensure the efficient handling of finished products. These tables collect completed bottles, preparing them for packing while preventing backups that could disrupt the entire line. Pack-off tables, a popular option for end-of-line accumulation, allow operators to quickly and efficiently remove finished bottles from the rotary table, further enhancing productivity and ensuring a smooth workflow.

By strategically placing rotary accumulation tables throughout a packaging line, operators can improve efficiency, manage bottlenecks, and maintain consistent production output.
